This series centers on large-scale paintings of knitting and knitting needles. Long associated with domesticity and quiet labor, these tools carry a different charge here. Rendered at an outsized scale, they shift from symbols of softness to objects of tension and power.

The work asks what happens when something historically coded as passive becomes active — when what has been dismissed begins to assert itself.
